Please note unlike many other agents Alex & Matteo charge the “Letting Only Service” commission only once calculated on the first 12 months’ rent. Should the tenants stay beyond 12 months (beside the length of the tenancy), we will not charge you such commission anymore. We don’t feel it is fair. Instead, we charge £300 continuation fee only should the tenants stay beyond the first 12 months. It will also cover the cost for a new tenancy agreement where needed.
